Mid State Youth Football & Cheerleading Conference

Registration: Tuesday May 17th, 6:00 p.m. @ Little Wolf Junior/Senior High School
Football Registration Fee: $100.00
Cheerleading Registration Fee: $50
Equipment: Issued Thursday July 21st at the High School:
Rookies (1st year) 6:00
3rd & 4th graders 6:30-7:00
5th & 6th graders 7:00-7:30
Players need to provide shoes (no metal cleats) and supporter. Manawa Cowboy Football appreciates your efforts in keeping the equipment clean and in good shape. The Value of the complete uniform is $250.00 and you are responsible for its complete return.
Please bring the following when you pick up equipment:
- Copy of Report Card (you are responsible for making a copy before you turn it in)
- Copy of Birth Certificate (all new participants only - Rookies)
- Physical Examination Form (gold)
- Emergency Contact Form (pink)
- Registration Form (blue) Due date is May 26th
All the above are required before first practice on Monday Aug. 1st. NO EXCUSES.
Commitment:
Participants are expected to make all practices. Parents will be expected to volunteer 2 hours each. Your support of the league and coaches is crucial for the continued success of the Cowboys.
If each participant will find a sponsor(s) for our program, there should be no need for further fund-raising, and will help keep the cost of the program down.
